We know that planning a wedding can get a little overwhelming at times. Here are some great tips to keep you organized and help you enjoy your wedding planning process.
Use A Checklist
If you haven’t already signed up for weddingwire.com, we definitely recommend doing so. The website is a great resource for all things ‘wedding’ and offers an interactive checklist based on your personal timeline, as well as an intuitive budget tool and much more!

As you check off each item from the list, the item disappears. It’s a great way to keep you and your fiancé from falling behind during the process and a great way to track your progress!
Create a Wedding Binder
Another way to stay organized is to create a wedding planning binder. You are going to accumulate a lot of business cards, receipts, contracts, color swatches, magazine clippings, etc. We recommend creating a tab for each vendor, as well as any miscellaneous tabs (guest list, seating, inspiration, etc). Use clear plastic sleeves to organize all these items and take it with you to all of your meetings.
Keep calm and take it one step at a time. By utilizing the tools available, you will be able to enjoy this special and exciting time!
